TMPC collects only the information needed to provide a service, verify portal access, or address a concern. Never enter your password, ATM PIN, OTP, or other sensitive account credentials in a public form.
When you submit a form, survey, subscription, Helpdesk concern, or portal contact update, TMPC may collect your name, EID, email address, contact number, client or work assignment, and information you voluntarily provide.
The information is used to respond to and route concerns, provide the requested service or update, verify submissions and portal eligibility, and meet legitimate operational, cooperative, employment, and legal obligations.
Only authorized TMPC personnel and necessary service providers may access the information to process a request. Personal information is not sold and is shared only with consent, when legally required, or for a lawful purpose.
Information is retained only as long as necessary for its stated purpose, recordkeeping, dispute handling, audits, or legal and regulatory requirements. It is then securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
